Project Management
The project manager is the primary contact for the client and the architect. The same individual who coordinated the project during the pre-construction phase remains with the team during construction. Additionally, the project manager chairs the weekly meetings and is responsible for the administration of the construction contract.

Foreman
The foreman runs the day-to-day work at the job site. They manage the flow of laborers, carpenters, and subcontractors who turn drawings into reality.

Job Site Meetings
Communication is the key to a successful construction project. At the job site meetings, the project team exchanges information on schedule, budget, and design issues.

Close Out
Together with the architect or designer, a completion list and schedule will be created identifying any outstanding items. Prior to move-in, a binder of warranty and product information will be provided.
